THE METHOD

Virginie’s method is based on a holistic approach and seeks to adress your concerns at source, biochemically, nutritionally and emotionnally.

She’s interested in the various individual factors related to your diet, but also your overall lifestyle, your history and relationship with food. She will consider different componants that determine your morphology, such as your hormones and metabolism.

THE GOAL

The goal of the nutrition program is to sustainably modify your habits to obtain long term results. This is not a quick fix or temporary diet – it’s a permanent transformation! You will get to choose  among  a list of wide variety of foods and eat your fill.
